Individual Counseling
“As a dedicated counselor specializing in childhood trauma and its impact on adult lives, I am passionate about helping individuals heal and thrive despite their past experiences. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore, process, and overcome the effects of childhood trauma.”
I understand that childhood trauma can have profound and long-lasting effects on emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. Through a compassionate and client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with individuals to address the unique challenges they face as a result of their traumatic experiences.
My expertise lies in identifying and understanding how early adverse experiences shape our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors in adulthood. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, I assist clients in healing deep-seated wounds and developing healthy coping strategies.
